We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Development Representative (remote) to join our first inside sales team. You will help us grow by handling inbound leads, booking meetings for the Account Executives with prospective clients, and touching base with other prospects that come through the marketing channels.

Even though this is a fully remote position, we're explicitly hiring an SDR from Brazil. Therefore, we will only consider applicants from this country.

What You’ll Do:

  • Qualify inbound leads and occasionally walk prospects through the Hubstaff platform (demos).
  • Document all activities within our CRM, maintaining flawless data management.
  • Taking care of the Live chat on our website and handling prospect queries.
  • Reach out to free trial leads and convert them into demos for the AEs
  • Occasionally cover in for the Account Execs and conduct demos with the prospects.
  • Be tenacious. Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.


What You Should Have:

  • 1 or 2 years experience working as an SDR, preferably at a B2B SaaS (required).
  • Experience qualifying leads and conducting demos.
  • High-level of proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with an inbound funnel is a plus.
  • You'll be successful if you are able to onboard yourself quickly and have a go-getter, hands-on attitude.
  • Willingness to handle every stage of the sales cycle.
  • Be willing to work remotely, from 7am - 3pm EST.
  • We're looking for an empathetic sales person, who is a good listener and can adapt well with change
  • Adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated with a strong work ethic.

  • We expect our professionals to work 40 hours/week and hope they can work with us for years to come.
  • For this particular position, we are looking for someone living in Brazil.
  • This is a contractor role position and a 100% remote job position.
  • As a contractor, the professional can expect a lot of freedom and flexibility in his day-to-day work. The payments are based on working hours and paid in USD.
  • For a Full-Time contractor (working avg 40hrs/week), the annual salary expected is USD 60,000 OTE. The base salary is USD 45,000 (USD 24/Hour) + $15,000 Commissions.
  • We get the whole team together on our Annual Retreats to have fun while traveling and getting to know each other! So, while 2020 had us virtually meeting because of the pandemic, we met in person in the Dominican Republic in 2022 and in Mexico in 2023, and we are now preparing an outstanding in-person retreat in Europe for this year, 2024.
