📋 Duties & Responsibilities

👉 Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, chat & email 📱💬
👉 Deliver a high-quality customer experience with focus on satisfaction & resolution
👉 Build and maintain positive relationships through clear, professional communication
👉 Provide accurate, up-to-date information using internal tools & systems
👉 Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call-handling KPIs 🎯
👉 Maintain detailed customer records, accounts & interaction documentation

✅ Requirements

🔹 Native or near-native German, fluent English (B2 minimum)
🔹 Strong customer service & contact handling experience across multiple channels
🔹 Excellent verbal & written communication with active listening skills
🔹 High computer literacy, confident working across multiple systems
🔹 Strong multitasking, time management & prioritization skills
🔹 Customer-focused mindset with awareness of sensitive data handling
🔹 Ability to perform in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment ⚡
