You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating sales leads, and working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that add value to their businesses. This role requires a results-oriented professional who is motivated by goals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels in customer-centric selling. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting and lead generation. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients. Execute the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals, while achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets. Account Management: Build, manage, and nurture client relationships to promote retention, satisfaction, and growth within existing accounts. Conduct regular check-ins with clients, offering solutions to meet their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers. Strategic Planning & Reporting: Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each client, setting clear short- and long-term objectives. Regularly report on sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue to management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on sales strategies and ensure client feedback is communicated for product/service improvement. Market Research & Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to continuously improve selling strategies. Identify and attend relevant industry events, conferences, or trade shows to network and generate leads.   Other Duties and Responsibilities at the discretion of management   QualificationsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven track record of at least 2-4 years in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in HealthCare, Linen, Capital Sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment. Required: Able to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a motor vehicle operating record which meets current Company standards. Required: Meet the Company’s policy restrictions covering drug and alcohol use. Preferred Skills Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., Linen services, healthcare, etc.]. Demonstrated success in a consultative selling environment.
