Role: Revenue Operations Specialist
Shift Timings: 4PM to 12AM IST
Role Overview
We're hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist to be a generalist backbone for our revenue organization. You'll spot friction in our processes, tools, and integrations; build the reporting and dashboards that keep sales leadership and reps informed; and act as a first line of support connecting Sales, Enablement, and Marketing. This role suits someone equally comfortable working inside Salesforce, digging into a dataset, and sitting in a room with sales leadership - someone who can prioritize ruthlessly and ship accurate work on tight timelines.
Requirements
Process, Automation & AI
- Identify gaps in processes, integrations, and automations; use AI to improve functionality and effectiveness across the revenue org.
- Contribute to ad hoc business projects, including integrating new products and business lines into existing operating rhythms.
Reporting & Analytics
- Create and implement reporting and dashboards within our tools for the revenue organization, focused on efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
- Collaborate with Sales Strategy and Sales Data Analytics to keep reporting and metrics aligned across teams.
- Support data analysis for sales compensation payouts.
Systems & Salesforce
- Build basic Salesforce reports and dashboards, and connect workflows to Zapier for automation.
- Partner with our Salesforce developer on data hygiene and data integration for new processes and new business motions.
Knowledge & Enablement
- Document processes and build a knowledge repository for first-tier sales support.
- Train sales teams on how to effectively use sales tools and processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Enablement, Sales, CSMs and Marketing to ensure alignment and support for operations.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics based on data insights and market trends.
Prioritization & Execution
- Prioritize competing tasks and deliver accurate output in a timely manner across multiple concurrent projects.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms, and other sales technologies.
- Salesforce & Automation: Comfortable creating basic Salesforce reports and dashboards, and connecting them to Zapier or similar automation tools.
- Analytical Skills: able to analyze data - including compensation/payout data - identify trends, and develop insights.
- Communication Skills: able to communicate effectively with sales teams, leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: able to identify and solve problems related to sales processes and technology.
- Project Management Skills: able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and deliver accurate output on time.
- Exposure to integrating acquisitions or new business lines into existing sales operations and prior experience supporting sales compensation processes preferred.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and using AI tools to automate or improve operational workflows.
