πŸ› οΈ What You'll Do

  • Build and optimize GTM workflows and processes, with a strong focus on top-of-funnel operations.

  • Manage and maintain our HubSpot instance - pipelines, automations, reporting, data hygiene.

  • Build and maintain enrichment and outbound workflows using Clay.

  • Set up and manage integrations between our GTM tools.

  • Use Claude / Claude Code to build internal tools, automations, and process efficiencies.

  • Own end-to-end implementation of new tools and processes as we scale.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to keep GTM strategy aligned.



🧠 Must-Haves

  • Proven experience in RevOps (or Sales/Marketing Ops) for B2B companies.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, pipelines, reporting, automation).

  • Hands-on experience with Clay, or strong working knowledge and confidence to use it.

  • Experience with Claude / Claude Code or similar AI tools applied to GTM/ops work.

  • Experience building processes and implementations from scratch.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills - comfortable working independently across multiple workstreams.

  • Available part-time and able to deliver reliably on a flexible schedule.

Bonus points if...

  • You've worked across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success (full-funnel view).

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Zapier, ClickUp, or Instantly.

  • You're active in RevOps communities (RevOps Co-op, RevOps Chat, etc.).

  • You're bilingual - English/Spanish is a plus.
