  • Establish performance expectations and corrective action plans for underperforming facilities.
  • Place repair facilities on performance improvement plans when necessary and monitor progress toward agreed-upon goals.
  • Recognize and reward high-performing facilities by increasing assignment opportunities and strengthening strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze network data and trends to identify opportunities to improve overall network performance.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all network facilities maintain required insurance coverage, business licenses, certifications, and OEM qualifications.
  • Verify repair facilities possess the equipment, technology, and capabilities necessary to safely and properly repair today’s vehicles.
  • Monitor ongoing compliance with company standards and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate audits and documentation reviews to ensure continued network integrity.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key multi-shop operators (MSOs) and strategic network partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated partner issues and operational concerns.
  • Collaborate with partner leadership to improve operational performance and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Represent Solvd professionally at industry meetings, conferences, and partner events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Operations, Client Success, Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to continuously improve the repair experience.
  • Provide network expertise during client implementations and market expansions.

  • Willingness to travel regularly to visit network partners and attend industry events.
  • Knowledge of collision industry performance metrics and KPIs preferred.
  • Experience with performance dashboards and business analytics preferred
  • Existing relationships within the collision repair industry preferred.
