As a Remote Customer Service Team Manager, you'll balance client-facing responsibilities with team leadership and professional development.
Recruit, onboard, mentor, and support developing representatives
Help new team members successfully transition through training and development
Conduct virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and development calls
Establish clear expectations, goals, and performance standards
Monitor individual and team progress

Provide ongoing client service and follow-up
