About the Role

Valatam is looking for an Account Manager to build strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth by effectively managing client accounts, identifying upselling opportunities, and maintaining accurate records of team member placements. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts to strengthen relationships, satisfaction, engagement, and long-term retention.
• Conduct consistent client follow-ups to assess productivity, identify risks, resolve concerns, and reinforce Valatam’s value.
• Identify and close upselling opportunities to expand existing accounts and achieve monthly placement targets.
• Coordinate new placements to ensure team-member interest, availability, suitability, and client readiness.
• Maintain accurate placement, account, pipeline, and client-interaction records across internal systems.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client complaints and coordinate timely solutions with internal teams.
• Collect testimonials, referrals, feedback, and success stories to strengthen client advocacy and business growth.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, HR, Trial, and management to share feedback, source candidates, and improve service delivery.
• Manage relevant inboxes, calendars, meetings, reports, and administrative processes to support efficient account operations.
• Support departmental training, documentation, and process adherence to promote consistent service standards.
• Perform other role-related duties and special projects as needed to support departmental and business objectives.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1/C2).
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, client services, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts, conducting structured follow-ups, and tracking account health and satisfaction.
• Proven ability to resolve client complaints, manage escalations, and coordinate solutions across internal teams.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, email and calendar management, databases, and reporting tools.
• Experience with staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, BPO, or remote-workforce services is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Quiet home office, stable internet, and a backup connection.
