Description

Regional Account Director for Collinson Inc. (Plano, TX/Telecommute from anywhere in the US). Manage and grow key Capital One (or other client) network relationships across the Americas region. Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand revenue across Collinson’s travel, loyalty, and insurance product lines. Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure client satisfaction, contract compliance, and achievement of commercial objectives. Engage with and grow the assigned account base. Formulate and implement strategic plans. Maintain a strong commercial awareness and understanding of commercial strategy, market intelligence and competitor insight. Carry out regular account reviews. Be viewed as a trusted advisor by senior decision makers at a variety of client facing levels. Own and drive the professional business communications and on-going cross-functional interaction with the Client, Plano Leadership, London HQ, Partnerships, Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service. Take ownership of the client experience and meet client expectations. Maintain a base of existing accounts and build a longterm plan for retention and growth. Position Collinson Travel Experiences as a leading provider of airport VIP lounge access solutions that enables clients to sell more products and services to their most valuable customers. Anticipate, understand and respond to the competitive challenges and marketplace issues impacting the client’s business. Assess and ensure compliance to contractual requirements. Identify, pursue and close new business within existing accounts via product, market, and portfolio expansion. Actively identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities, cross sales or expansion of existing portfolios that will increase Collinson’s value to the customer and increase customer satisfaction while meeting growth objectives. Identify, create and deploy proactive customer experience campaigns that drive increases in revenue and client retention. Create and deliver sales/product presentations and proposals. Help craft product and service offerings that maximize Collinson’s marketplace appeal to the market’s specific needs. Utilize experience in business-to-business account management, including experience in managing client relationships within the financial services or payments industry, developing and implementing strategic account plans, conducting account reviews and performance analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions, to perform job duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field + 1 year of experience in business-to-business account management, including experience in managing client relationships within financial services or payments industry and in developing and implementing strategic account plans.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s + 1 year of experience, we will also accept 3 years of experience in business-to-business account management, including experience in managing client relationships within financial services or payments industry and in developing and implementing strategic account plans.
  • 15% domestic travel and 10% international travel to Collinson offices and to client/partner locations.
  • Background check required.
