About the Role
The Clinical Recruiting Assistant plays a critical role in supporting our Recruitment team by building candidate pipelines, sourcing therapists, qualifying clinicians, and matching candidates to open opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into healthcare staffing recruitment or grow into a full cycle recruiter role. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and leadership while learning the fundamentals of sourcing, candidate engagement, clinician relationships, and healthcare staffing operations.
This role is designed as a growth path into a Recruiter seat for high performers who demonstrate production success, strong candidate relationships, urgency, and consistency.
