The Bartos Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Agent Support Concierge to manage administrative tasks and support our real estate team. Key responsibilities include handling phone and email communications, managing leads and agent calendars, coordinating showings, and creating property marketing materials. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations by monitoring lead caps, processing contracts, and assisting with listing management. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Manage Phone System & Field Incoming Calls • Monitor & Managing Department Emails • Monitor & Manage Individual Emails • Field BG Generated Leads • Calendar Management for Staff Time Away • Calendar Management for Agent Time Away • Monitor Agent Lead Cap & Turn On/Off Leads • Manage Leads Assigned to Mary Bartos, In FUB • Manage Showing Requests • Request Showing Feedback on our Listings • Email Showing Feedback To Sellers Every Monday (Excluding MarBar & Vacant Land) • Schedule & Prepare Agent Showings • Coordinate Print Requests • Create & Monitor Referral Agreements • Sort BG Biz at the End of Each Day • Contract & Form Creation/ Revision • Listing Agreement Creation & Listing Changes • Create custom property marketing materials • Assist Listing Management with listing onboarding • Assist in Listing MLS Input • Complete OTC Checklists & Tasks Assigned to Agent Support • Process New Pending Contracts in OTC • Process New Listing Agreements in OTC • Review Property Base For Outstanding Requirements • Any future responsibility as assigned Qualifications: • Experience in Google Workspace • Technology Savvy • MLS Experience is a plus • Real Estate & Contract Experience is a Big plus! • At least 1+ years of experience performing supportive duties • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion Compensation: $6 - $8 hourly
