JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: We are seeking a Project/Program Manager III with a proven track record in the coordination and completion of projects and/or programs. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects, from setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities to monitoring progress and summarizing project status for upper management. Oversee project/program from initiation to completion. Utilize extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of others, fostering a strong team environment. Oversee various project management tasks related to the expansion and construction of stores. Travel extensively (80% travel, traveling every week). Communicate directly with different stakeholders. Utilize basic Excel and some Microsoft programs for project tracking and reporting. JOB REQUIREMENTS: P roject management experience is essential. Background in construction is beneficial.
