The Program Management team drives clarity and operational excellence across Studio Zs creative work.
At every level of the team, we're focused on making great work happen-managing projects with rigor, keeping communication clear, and ensuring the team is always set up to execute at its best. This role sits within the PM team as a key execution partner, directly supporting the Senior Program Manager and enabling smooth, high-quality delivery across a diverse portfolio of creative work

About the role

Zillow Group is looking for a Program Manager to join the Studio Z Program Management team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Program Management. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in the day-to-day rhythm of creative production and brings structure, clarity, and care to every project they touch.

This Program Manager is the day-to-day operational backbone for a subset of Studio Z's creative portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, this role keeps projects moving from brief through delivery-managing timelines, communications, and production logistics across a mix of campaign deliverables. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive executor who brings calm and structure to a fast-moving creative environment, and who is excited to grow their PM skills in a high-performing, cross-functional team.

This role requires a strong but caring project lead who is invested in the success of the team and sets the bar high.

As a Program Manager you will:

• Create, maintain and distribute status-report documents, including detailed project schedules, tracking all projects currently in progress; leads regular status meetings to discuss project status; updates team on any Studio Z and stakeholder revisions
• Develop project plans and briefing documents in partnership with Account that clearly outline deliverables, project approach, and milestones
• Attend and lead briefings as needed, ensuring team members have a clear understanding of deliverables and timing
• Support weekly resourcing meetings by bringing well-organized, up-to-date project requests; flag capacity conflicts and timing risks to the Senior Program Manager ahead of each session
• Facilitates communication between team members to make sure deadlines are met; schedules internal and team creative reviews, ensuring team members are aware of next steps; follows up with written recaps
• Route creative; copy docs, presentations, digital files, and other materials as necessary to appropriate team members for review, proofing, revisions and approval
• Schedules debriefs with Account, Strategy, and Creative team members to discuss feedback/changes after client presentations and confirm next steps
• Ensure operational systems (JIRA, Google forecasting sheets, and DAM) are rigorously maintained
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data across operational systems, supporting the Senior Program Manager with the information needed for team-level reporting
• Actively adopt Al tools and productivity solutions that reduce manual effort and improve day-to-day workflow efficiency

This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and instead work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live anywhere in Mexico, with availability to travel to Mexico City, as we recommend attendance at occasional office events.

In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

Who you are

• 5+ years of program management, creative operations, or campaign production experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with creative teams (designers, copywriters, editors, etc)
• Collaborative mindset, a desire to get the best work from teams
• Eye for efficiency and creative problem solving
• Project Management tool experience a plus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and keep nothing falling through the cracks
• Curiosity about Al and emerging tools, with a drive to embed smarter workflows that expand team capacity
