  • Coordinate with Sales to ensure smooth program handoffs and continuity from contract receipt through program completion.
  • Partner closely with internal teams across Content, Research, Webinars and Demand Gen to successfully manage standalone and integrated programs.

  • Measured on client satisfaction + program delivery.

  • 3–5 years of program management, project management, customer success, account management, or similar client-facing experience.
  • Experience within B2B technology marketing tactics such as demand generation, content syndication, webinars, research, and content marketing programs is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing client-facing programs from kickoff through completion, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder coordination, approvals, reporting and ongoing client communication.
  • Strong client communication and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to lead meetings, manage expectations and navigate changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify risks, keep programs moving and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Comfortable collaborating across internal teams while taking ownership of the overall client experience and successful program delivery.
  • Experience with project management, CRM and/or digital marketing platforms such as Monday.com, HubSpot or similar systems preferred.
