About Feathery

Feathery automates data intake workflows for insurance and wealth management companies. Industry leaders rely on Feathery to power mission-critical workflows like underwriting, client onboarding, and automated account openings.

With rapid revenue growth and expanding enterprise demand, we’re scaling our go-to-market engine to drive pipeline and accelerate growth across financial services.

Why We’re Hiring

As Feathery scales across financial services, we’re investing in a world-class go-to-market motion to keep pace. With growing enterprise demand and new product capabilities rolling out quickly, we need strong product marketing to sharpen our positioning, accelerate adoption, and enable our Sales and Customer Success teams to win.

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own strategic positioning, competitive differentiation, product launches, and the voice of the customer. You’ll help shape how Feathery tells its story internally and externally, translating complex product capabilities into clear narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to refine our market strategy, influence product direction, and build the messaging and enablement that help win enterprise deals.

About the Role

What makes this an exciting role to step into? You’ll have significant ownership, with a few things that make this opportunity stand out:

  • Driving an AI-native marketing organization, shaping marketing in the AI era

  • We have lots of fun making videos for launches: see examples for our Robin launch and Proposals

  • Ability to build and hire a team, and grow into a marketing leader

Your scope will blend product positioning, messaging, and storytelling; go-to-market strategy and product launches; sales enablement and competitive intelligence; customer and market research; and close collaboration across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership — from understanding customer pain and competitive dynamics to developing compelling narratives that drive adoption.

What You’ll Do

Go-to-Market, Positioning & Product Launches

  • Define and evolve Feathery’s core messaging, positioning, and value propositions across insurance and wealth management

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and feature launches, from narrative and positioning through enablement and launch execution

  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for enterprise buyers

  • Partner with Product and Marketing to bring new capabilities and use cases to market

Sales Enablement & Competitive Intelligence

  • Develop customer-centric collateral including decks, one-pagers, case studies, product pages, and other GTM assets

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to build enablement that helps win competitive deals, shorten deal cycles, and expand accounts

  • Analyze competitors, market trends, and buyer insights to strengthen Feathery’s differentiation

  • Ensure internal teams are aligned on the latest product updates, positioning, and GTM priorities

Customer & Market Insights

  • Champion customer research and voice-of-customer initiatives to refine messaging and identify new opportunities

  • Develop customer stories and case studies that demonstrate Feathery’s impact

  • Partner with Product to inform roadmap priorities based on customer insights, usage patterns, and feedback from the field

  • Identify emerging customer needs, use cases, and market opportunities across insurance and wealth management

About You

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS Product Marketing experience, including ownership of product launches and go-to-market programs

  • Proven track record of positioning technical or workflow automation products for enterprise customers

  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills — able to distill complex technology into compelling narratives

  • Experience building sales enablement and competitive intelligence programs

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing

  • Deep curiosity about customers and how they evaluate and buy technology

  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment

Bonus

  • Experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or other regulated industries

  • Technical proficiency or familiarity with APIs, workflow automation, or data platforms

  • Experience with AI-powered products

  • Background in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
