Job Title:                     Product Manager - OR Tables

Job Location:            45 Barbour Pond Drive, Wayne, NJ 07470. Employer will allow remote work throughout the U.S.

                                    30% domestic travel to various locations to meet with sales reps.

Job duties:                 Support the commercialization and lifecycle activities for operating room surgical tables within the North American market by conducting market research, data analysis, and reporting to inform product positioning and marketing strategies for medical device capital equipment in a regulated healthcare environment. Gather and analyze market data, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to identify trends, demand drivers, and opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and market penetration. Develop and maintain sales and market performance reports, dashboards, and forecasting models using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to support planning and decision-making by senior commercial leadership. Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to help identify patterns and provide actionable findings related to pricing, product demand, and customer preferences. Support marketing and sales enablement activities by preparing product-related materials, presentations, and training resources. Assist in coordinating product launch activities by compiling market research insights and supporting cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial operations, through data collection, analysis, and reporting. Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events in a supporting role to gather insights and document feedback for internal use.

Requirements:           12 years of experience in Marketing management or related. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.

Requires skills and experience to involve: Experience in product management for medical device capital equipment, including operating room (OR) tables. Specialized knowledge of operating room (OR) tables, including product features, clinical applications, and market positioning.Experience developing and executing sales and marketing strategies within assigned product categories and regions. Experience supporting business-to-business (B2B) sales activities, including product presentations and customer engagements. Experience preparing and delivering technical product presentations and training materials to customers and sales teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience using CRM systems and integrated business platforms. Familiarity with information technology concepts and Windows-based operating systems.

Rate of Pay:               Rate of pay: $134,000 - $143,540 per year.
