About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the CoinsPaid Exchange (Aggregator team) and help develop our exchange, trading and liquidity platform, supporting our main business CoinsPaid Processing.

The product is responsible for pricing and execution of client exchange transactions, liquidity aggregation and routing across multiple liquidity providers, markup and revenue logic, as well as the development of internal liquidity, inventory management and algo trading capabilities.

You will work closely with the Lead Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Product Analyst, Treasury, Finance and other CoinsPaid teams to translate product strategy into clear requirements, prioritized backlog and successfully delivered product improvements.

The role combines product delivery and product operations with future exposure to institutional trading, liquidity management and financial technology.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the product backlog - translate product priorities into structured initiatives, requirements and deliverables.

  • Plan product delivery together with the Lead Product Manager and Engineering Manager, managing scope, priorities, dependencies and delivery risks.

  • Define product requirements and business logic need for changes for exchange, execution, liquidity and pricing features, with final approval from stakeholders.

  • Drive features from requirements to production, coordinating Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders throughout implementation.

  • Support development of exchange and trading capabilities, including order execution, smart order routing, liquidity-provider integrations, RFQ/Market/Limit order models and execution optimization.

  • Support internal trading tools development, including Internal Matching, Inventory Management, hedging logic and associated risk controls.

  • Work with pricing and revenue functionality, including markup policies, commissions, execution costs and pricing configuration.

  • Participate in liquidity-provider integrations, working with technology providers, institutional venues.

  • Monitor product performance using available product and trading metrics and work with the Product Data Analyst to identify execution-quality, liquidity and profitability improvements.

  • Manage stakeholders expectations, issues and timelines across Treasury, Finance, Processing, Operations, Compliance and other product teams.

  • Support operational excellence by investigating product issues, identifying improvements and ensuring that product logic remains transparent and measurable.

The general PM framework specifically expects the role to take features from problem definition through launch and post-launch optimization, while using metrics and analytics to drive subsequent improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of Product Management experience, preferably with B2B, B2B2C, fintech or technically complex platform products.

  • Proven experience delivering complex features from problem definition and requirements through production launch and further improvement.

  • Strong ability to translate business problems into clear business logic, product requirements and acceptance criteria.

  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding API and data-driven products and integrations.

  • Strong backlog management, prioritization and delivery-management skills.

  • Ability to work with data and product metrics and use them to evaluate product performance and make decisions.

  • Understanding of financial product economics - revenue, fees, costs, margins and P/L.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when dealing with complex workflows and edge cases.

  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing cross-team dependencies.

  • Ability to work effectively in a highly technical, complex and operationally sensitive product environment.

  • English B2 or higher.

Trading Domain Experience - Nice to Have

Direct trading experience is not mandatory, but experience in one or more of the following areas would be an advantage:

  • Crypto exchanges or institutional digital-asset trading

  • Forex / FX trading platforms

  • OTC trading

  • Liquidity providers or market makers

  • Brokers / prime brokers

  • Trading venues or exchanges

  • Crypto payment or exchange products

  • Treasury or liquidity-management platforms

  • Trading infrastructure / execution-management systems

Knowledge or practical understanding of some of the following concepts would also be beneficial:

  • Order books, bid/ask and market depth

  • RFQ, Market and Limit Orders

  • Liquidity providers and market makers

  • Slippage and execution quality

  • Smart Order Routing

  • Spreads, markups and trading commissions

  • Hedging and market exposure

  • Inventory and position management

  • Execution internalization / internal matching

  • Exchange and Trading P/L
