The Opportunity

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team, reporting to our Director of Product Management. 

This is a role for someone genuinely curious and independent, who wants real influence on product direction. You'll own product initiatives end-to-end, from early discovery through release, and collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, QA, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders.

You'll also be the face of our product for large enterprise customers: leading webinars, presenting in front of a crowd, and creating the materials that help both customers and internal teams understand what we build. Strong, native-level English and real confidence presenting to US audiences are essential here.

What You'll Do 

• Translate strategy, roadmap priorities, and customer/business problems into clear product requirements for new and existing modules.
• Define features end-to-end, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specs that R&D and QA can build and test with confidence.
• Partner daily with R&D and QA, from requirement clarification through release.
• Work directly with enterprise customers and field teams to validate solutions and gather feedback.
•  Lead customer-facing product marketing content, including webinars, training, and release communications, mainly in English.
• Track your initiatives, communicate status and risk, and use usage data and feedback to shape what's next.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS or cloud product company.
• Proven ownership of a feature or module end-to-end, from problem definition through development, testing, and release.
• Strong written and spoken English, comfortable presenting and leading webinars in front of large, US-based audiences.
• Skilled at translating customer and business problems into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable working closely with R&D and QA on a daily basis, even without a technical background.
• Organized, independent, and curious, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders on your own.
• Willingness to work in a remote-first environment with a high level of ownership and autonomy
