Your mission
You will analyze existing Salesforce systems and deduction of best practice recommendations to make Orgs more efficient.
You are responsible for the preparation and implementation of workshops with new customers, as well as for further training and support after project completion.
You can be the owner of an implementation project, from analysis to delivery.
You acquire new clients and take ownership of the successful delivery of client projects.
You act as the main point of contact for the customer throughout the project, understanding their business context and building the relationship that leads to follow-on work.
As part of the design & scoping phase, you will take over the scoping of Salesforce projects with subsequent presentation to customers.
You implement tailored solutions for our customers – from start-ups to scale-ups and medium-sized companies, and take over the quality assurance of ongoing projects.
You will facilitate training measures for the internal Salesforce Consulting teams.
You are continuously involved in further training and certifications in the Salesforce area.
Your profile
You have completed a degree in a relevant field.
You have 5+ years of practical experience in building various cloud-based CRM solutions and experience with Salesforce. (In general, we are also open for other experience levels)
You have led workshops or presentations in front of business stakeholders and are comfortable owning the client relationship, not just the build.
You are a certified Salesforce Admin. (Other certifications like Sales Consultant, Service Consultant, Marketing Cloud, CPQ are a plus)
You have excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and team spirit.
You are fluent in English. (German is a plus)
