Job Description

Position Summary: The Payroll team is responsible for all activities required to complete the payroll process. The Payroll Specialist will work as part of the Payroll team and will be primarily responsible for maintaining and processing all aspects of the weekly and biweekly payroll for all US employees. In addition, this position will serve as a key resource in other payroll related areas, customer service, garnishment processing, and ad hoc reporting. All will be accomplished while utilizing the current Oracle HCM Cloud system as well as some ADP products.

Payroll Specialist Duties Include but are not Limited to the Following:

• Perform all aspects of the “full” weekly/bi-weekly payroll process, including but not limited to garnishment processing, off-cycle payment processing, weekly variance reconciliation and time, labor & absence review.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll issues, employee pay inquiries and payroll policy questions for internal stakeholders and external agencies. 
• Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud to complete payroll tasks
• Perform duties related to year-end reporting via Oracle and ADP. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to reconciliation reviews, customer service, W-2 & W-2C processing.
• Assist with the planning and integration of new companies
• Make recommendations on new or improved systems and processes
• Perform any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the payroll group
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision

Qualifications

Basic Minimum Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent;

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of payroll administration experience
• Experience with Multi-State Payrolls
• Experience with any Payroll System and Accounting programs are preferred
• Advance Excel skills required
• Proficiency in computer operations. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include spreadsheet development and data analysis functionalities. Experience with cloud-based collaborative tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams, SharePoint preferred).   
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Additional Information

Position is full-time (with option for remote) working Monday - Friday 08:00am - 5:00 pm, and additional hours as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance to Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
