Position Summary 

The Partner Success Advisor (PSA) serves as the strategic relationship leader for a portfolio of HBA Corporate Partners. Acting as a trusted advisor and extension of each partner's team, the PSA aligns HBA solutions with organizational priorities, develops executive relationships, and creates measurable value through enterprise partnership management. Unlike a traditional account management role, this position combines strategic consulting, customer success, business development, and relationship leadership to strengthen partnerships, expand enterprise engagement, and drive sustainable revenue growth. The Partner Success Advisor is a strategic growth leader responsible for maximizing the value of HBA's Corporate Partner relationships. Through trusted advisory, strategic planning, AI-enabled account management, and cross-functional collaboration, this role deepens enterprise partnerships, expands organizational engagement, and contributes directly to HBA's long-term growth and mission.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for assigned Corporate Partners and maintain and expand active working relationships with executive and senior leaders.  

  • Develop annual Joint Success Plans with measurable objectives, quarterly milestones, and revenue forecast.  

  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews focused on enterprise-level business outcomes, partnership performance, financial and strategic value.  

  • Identify and lead enterprise growth opportunities aligned with partner priorities.  

  • Develop and lead corrective action plans for at-risk Corporate Partner relationships, including executive intervention strategies, revised value propositions, recovery milestones, and internal accountability measures.  

  • Develop and lead executive briefings and account intelligence using approved AI tools.  

  • Maintain accurate partner information, forecasts, and relationship history within Protech CRM.  

  • Coordinate internal resources to execute partner initiatives.  

  • Represent HBA at partner meetings, conferences, and events.  

  • Identifies recurring partner needs and market trends and recommends changes to HBA programs, partner offerings, pricing, processes, and engagement strategies.  

  • Develops reusable account-planning tools, success-plan templates, business-review standards, and partner-health practices.  

  • Shares market intelligence with executive leadership and Business Development to inform organizational strategy, product development, and revenue planning.  

Experience & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education.  

  • Seven or more years in enterprise account management, customer success, strategic partnerships, consulting, healthcare, SaaS, or association management.  

  • At least three years of direct responsibility for executive-level relationships, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts, or complex organizational partnerships.  

  • Demonstrated experience developing strategic account plans, leading executive business reviews, managing revenue forecasts, and coordinating cross-functional solution delivery.  

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and strategic planning skills.  

  • Experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft 365, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Healthcare or life sciences sector experience  

  • Hands-on experience with ProTech CRM  

  • CoPilot for Sales or comparable AI sales tools experience  

  • Association or Non-profit experience  

  • Management of global/international accounts  

Benefits:  

  • The HBA offers a benefits package to full-time and qualified part-time employees through Aetna, which includes: 100% coverage of employee premium for base-level medical, dental, vision insurance and an allowance towards any dependents of 50% of premium costs.  

  • A 401(k)-retirement plan which you are eligible for on date of hire through Human Interest. HBA will offer up to a 2% match that is deposited with every payroll.  

  • Flexible spending accounts are also available for pre-tax contributions including FSA/HSA. Your eligibility for these benefits is subject to specific requirements and other terms, conditions, and restrictions in the applicable policy and/or plan.  

  • 2 weeks of vacation annually earned with each pay period (maximum of 40 hours carryover)   

  • One week of office shutdown pay between the US holidays of Christmas and New Year’s Day annually  

  • 13 standard US holidays  

  • 5 "floating holidays" per year (equivalent of 40 hours) can be used at any time and for any occasion you choose  

  • Summer Friday employee benefit: office closes at Noon, local time, starting the Friday before Memorial Day through the first week of October
