Your Role
- Own the day-to-day management of supplier relationships (job boards, media agencies, and other recruiting-service providers).
- Act as the first point of contact for supplier requests, owning and routing requests to the right internal owner within an agreed service level.
- Manage supplier integration, migration, and new-product-launch end-to-end, from sales enablement through operational implementation
- Take ownership of strategic marketplace projects from the ground up; identifying and defining needs, scope, milestones, timelines, stakeholders and expected outcomes
- Maintain the accuracy of the supplier catalogue, pricing, and product data across the marketplace
- Monitor supplier margins and contribute to the marketplace's overall take rate; identify and develop new commercial opportunities with existing and new suppliers
- Build scalable, documented processes for supplier operations, using segmentation and automation so recurring topics are handled systematically rather than reactively
- Identify and implement AI-supported and automation workflows that improve supplier operations, and help turn individual practices into workflows the wider team can rely on
Your Profile
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
- 5+ years of business experience, some within managing supplier/vendor/partner relationships ideally in a job board, media agency or recruiting-services.
- Demonstrated experience managing structured projects independently end-to-end, from planning through delivery.
- Working knowledge of API/data-integration basics, with the ability to build this into deeper technical fluency over time.
- Track record of combining hands-on operational execution with strategic, big-picture thinking.
- Experience managing internal and external complex stakeholder structures.
- Experience leveraging AI to drive automation and to simplify workflows.
- Nice to have: Commercial or sales background, with experience negotiating terms, margins, or conditions with external partners.
