Part-time Sales Development Representative (Cosmetics Manufacturing)


Client Overview:

The startup is in its third year, selling cosmetic ingredients B2B to manufacturers in Europe and the US. While the company has products, leads, and a CRM system (Pipedrive), it currently lacks dedicated sales personnel. The CEO manages multiple roles, creating the need for a self-directed sales professional to take ownership of lead follow-up, outreach, CRM management, and overall sales execution.


Industry: Cosmetic Ingredients / B2B Cosmetics Manufacturing

Location: Brazil (VA schedule aligned with EU market hours)


Goal:

Establish a consistent, proactive sales function that ensures no lead is lost, accelerates outreach and follow-up, and converts existing and new leads into revenue-generating opportunities.


Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1.) Sales Cycle Management

• Own the full sales cycle from lead outreach to follow-up

• Contact and nurture inbound leads from platforms like Covalo

• Prospect outbound leads using existing CRM data (Pipedrive)

2.) Outreach & Communication

• Conduct email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach

• Send brochures, catalogs, samples, and follow up on sample feedback

3.) CRM & Lead Management

• Maintain, clean, and update CRM records

• Qualify leads and prioritize high-intent prospects

4.) Meeting & Event Coordination

• Coordinate meetings and demos with leadership

• Support post-event follow-ups from trade shows and conferences


Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Sales.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry

• Proven experience with Full Sales Cycle

• Ability to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Proven experience in outbound outreach.

• Proficient with CRM tools

• Pipedrive (CRM)

• Email platform (company email)

• LinkedIn

• Covalo

• Inky Decoder


Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
