Outbound insurance agents are typically driven by goals and are skilled in communication, persuasion, and relationship management to successfully generate sales and contribute to the growth of the insurance agency. Qualifications: • Able to pivot quickly • Solutions oriented • Humble and coachable attitude • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent • Must be able to pass a background check • Get an Insurance License & once licensed, sell your appointments Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000+ yearly
