Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Norwegian-speaking customers, delivering prompt, accurate, and professional support via phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Diagnose and resolve customer queries, complaints, and technical or service-related issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of first-contact resolution within the customer support services environment.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role — this is a strict and non-negotiable requirement.
• A valid EU passport is mandatory for eligibility to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• A solid working knowledge of English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively within a diverse, international team environment.
