Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers in both English and a second language. The successful candidate will assist customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and delivering outstanding service through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
