About the role:
This is a consultative customer-acquisition role, not a traditional transactional sales position.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping cabinet makers make confident decisions. Someone who builds trust quickly, understands the realities of a workshop, and is passionate about helping customers find the right solution.

You'll own how prospective customers experience Mozaik, from their first enquiry through to starting their paid trial, while continually improving the systems, tools and processes behind that journey.

You'll take ownership of how prospective customers experience Mozaik across Australia and New Zealand, continually identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and customer experience while helping shape the playbook for future global growth.

Key Position Responsibilities Include:

Customer Acquisition & Conversion

  • Own ANZ inbound leads from first enquiry through paid trial and subscription.
  • Qualify opportunities, understand customer workflows and guide suitable prospects through the buying journey.
  • Conduct calls, demos and consultations where they add value.
  • Maintain accurate qualification and progression in Salesforce.

Lead Conversion, AI & Automation

  • Continuously improve the lead-conversion process across email, phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, SMS and emerging channels.
  • Own the effective use of AI-assisted engagement, including monitoring, training and human handover
  • Test new outreach and engagement approaches to improve response and conversion.

Growth & Market Development

  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events and lead generation.
  • Represent Mozaik at relevant industry events and build relationships across the woodworking market.
  • Use frontline insight and performance data to identify opportunities for growth.

Global Playbook & Continuous Improvement

  • Build repeatable processes, templates, assets and playbooks.
  • Help define a scalable customer-acquisition model that can be adopted in other markets.
  • Provide clear reporting on funnel performance, customer feedback and market opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

You are likely an experienced cabinet-industry professional, software consultant, technical salesperson, business development manager or customer-facing product specialist who understands how cabinet shops operate and is comfortable guiding customers through a buying decision. You combine strong industry credibility with commercial instincts and enjoy improving how customers move from initial interest through to purchase.

  • Experience using Mozaik, or extensive experience within the cabinet manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of cabinetry production workflows and manufacturing.
  • Confident conducting discovery conversations, software demonstrations and guiding customers through buying decisions.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Strong commercial judgement and customer communication skills.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and wearing multiple hats.
  • Shop-floor credibility and genuine industry curiosity.
  • Humble, approachable communicator who builds trust quickly.
  • Commercially confident and comfortable influencing buying decisions.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and wearing multiple hats.
  • Outcome focused with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Able to balance hands-on execution with continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Success in this role means:

  • Growth in qualified paid trials and new subscriptions across ANZ.
  • Improvement in lead-to-trial and trial-to-subscription conversion.
  • Faster and more consistent response to inbound demand.
  • A measurable reduction in unqualified or unworked leads.
  • Accurate qualification and funnel visibility in Salesforce.
  • Increased use and effectiveness of AI-assisted and omnichannel engagement.
  • A repeatable lead-conversion playbook that can be adopted in other regions.
