Microservices Solution Architect

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is seeking a qualified, independent Microservices Solution Architect Consultant or specialized service provider to support an upcoming project. This engagement focuses strictly on achieving key milestones as per the SOW.

Scope of Work:

• Architecture & Design
  

• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership for designing scalable, resilient, and secure microservices-based applications.
  

• Define and enforce architectural standards, design principles, and best practices across development teams.
  

• Create solution architectures that align with business objectives, performance requirements, and operational excellence goals.
  

• Database Strategy & Data Architecture
  

• Design database architectures for distributed microservices environments.
  

• Recommend and implement optimal data ownership, partitioning, replication, and synchronization strategies across multiple services.
  

• Provide expert guidance on data consistency models, event-driven architectures, CQRS, and database scalability patterns.
  

• Architecture Assessment & Optimization
  

• Analyze existing microservices architectures and identify design, performance, scalability, and operational bottlenecks.
  

• Conduct architecture reviews and technical assessments.
  

• Develop and implement long-term architectural solutions to address recurring operational and performance issues.
  

• Recommend modernization approaches and architectural improvements to enhance system reliability and maintainability.
  

• Technical Leadership
  

• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to drive architecture initiatives.
