We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Coordinator/Tax Researcher/Admin Assistant to join our team. This position will support our marketing efforts, assist with tax research, and handle various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong research and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Marketing Duties:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services.
  • Manage and update our social media accounts (X & instagram content) and website content.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional contents.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Tax Research Duties:

  • Conduct research on US tax laws, regulations, and updates relevant to our clients.
  • Assist in preparing tax-related reports and documentation.
  • Assist in YouTube content development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide support in developing tax strategies and solutions for clients.

Administrative Duties:

  • Support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and organize client records and files.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Assist in client communications and schedule appointments.

Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, tax research, or administrative roles, preferably in a CPA or financial services firm.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct detailed research and present findings clearly.
  • Creative and analytical thinking with a proactive approach.
