What You'll Do

As a Senior Marketing Strategist, you'll play a key role in advancing some of our most important growth priorities, including managing the B2B content for Workplace Personal Investing (WPI), participant advice, participant experience, and managed accounts. You'll help shape how we bring these solutions to market, tell compelling stories, and deliver meaningful value to plan sponsors, distribution partners and intermediaries. This role sits within Product Marketing and serves as a strategic partner across the business, collaborating with product leaders, sales, relationship management, research, compliance, and marketing teams to drive business growth and market adoption.
As a Senior Marketing Strategist, you'll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and content that support key business priorities and customer experiences.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the lead marketing strategist and content owner for B2B content for Workplace Personal Investing, participant advice, participant experience, and managed account initiatives.
- Develop and manage core go-to-market and sales enablement materials, including value propositions, messaging frameworks, presentations, client-facing content, launch communications, and strategic marketing assets.
- Partner with business leaders, product teams, sales, relationship management, research, compliance, and marketing stakeholders to align messaging and market strategies.
- Create innovative content that builds demand, strengthens customer relationships, and supports business growth.
- Develop content that supports customer journeys, marketing campaigns, and strategic initiatives that improve customer experiences and increase adoption of products and services.
- Leverage customer research, competitive intelligence, market dynamics, and industry trends to inform marketing recommendations and business decisions.
- Translate insights and analytics into actionable marketing strategies and business implications.
- Measure, analyze, and communicate results, using data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Influence and gain alignment from leaders and stakeholders across all levels of the organization to advance strategic priorities and deliver impactful customer experiences.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or content strategy?
- Strong understanding of modern marketing principles, go-to-market strategy, and customer engagement.
- Experience developing strategic marketing programs and campaigns that drive measurable business results.
- Ability to translate research, analytics, and market insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and content development skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, retirement, wealth management, investment management, or related industries.
- Knowledge of retirement plan participants, workplace investing, financial wellness, advice solutions, or managed accounts.
- Understanding of the end-to-end customer journey and customer experience strategy.
- Familiarity with competitive market dynamics, industry trends, and evolving customer needs.
- Experience creating sales enablement content, thought leadership, product messaging, and go-to-market communications.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

$104400 - $187200 / year

Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
