We're looking for an Event Product Lead to take ownership of our DIY fundraising product – Fundraising My Way. You'll shape the future of our events portfolio, helping more supporters get involved and raise vital funds in ways that inspire them.

What you'll be doing

  •  Drive the growth and evolution of a portfolio of national fundraising events and campaigns
  • Turn insight, supporter feedback and market trends into smart product strategies that deliver results
  • Bring teams together, building strong relationships and keeping everyone aligned around shared goals
  • Use data and performance insights to track success, spot opportunities and continuously improve
  • Manage budgets with confidence, ensuring products are financially sustainable and impactful
  • Create exceptional supporter journeys from first enquiry through to celebration and thanks
  • Work with agencies, suppliers and fundraising partners to deliver brilliant experiences
  • Keep an eye on emerging trends and identify exciting opportunities for innovation
  • Support the safe delivery of high-quality event experiences where participant wellbeing comes first
  • Lead product reviews, evaluations and risk management to make every event better than the last

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with a passion for creating exceptional experiences.

You'll likely have:

  • Experience leading products, programmes or portfolios, ideally within fundraising, events or customer-focused environments
  • A track record of using insight and data to drive growth and improve performance
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • A naturally analytical mindset, turning complex information into clear actions
  • A solid understanding of supporter or customer journeys and what makes people stay engaged
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping an eye on the details
  • Excellent communication skills, able to turn big ideas into clear plans that people can get behind

Salary: £38,007 + London Allowance (£3,500 where applicable)

Contract: 12 month FTC

Based: This is primarily a home-based role, although there is the option to work from one of our offices if preferred. As the role is designed to be home-based, it's important that candidates are comfortable working independently and remotely.
