Drama Kids is looking for a professional, organized, creative, and dependable Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys marketing, social media, organization, customer service, and helping a small business grow.

Position Details
- Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities
Marketing
- Create professional marketing materials, flyers, and graphics using Canva
- Create, schedule, and manage content for our social media platforms
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Help promote classes, camps, performances, and special events
- Track marketing efforts and lead sources
- Support community outreach and lead generation initiatives
Enrollment & Customer Relations
- Respond to inquiries from parents by phone, email, text, and social media
- Follow up with prospective families and guide them through the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate customer records and enrollment data
- Confidently communicate the value of our programs and help convert inquiries into enrollments
- Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective families
Administrative Support
- Organize and maintain digital files using Google Drive
- Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and letters using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Process tuition payments and assist with account management
- Order supplies and coordinate materials for classes and events
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
- Support special projects as needed
School & Community Relations
- Communicate professionally with schools, parents, vendors, and staff
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating after-school programs and events
- Represent Drama Kids professionally in the community
Required Qualifications
- Experience creating professional marketing materials using Canva
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Proficiency with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Friendly and confident communicating with customers by phone, email, and in person
- Previous experience in administrative support, marketing, customer service, or a related role
- Ability to quickly learn new software and systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with lead generation or sales
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Experience using CRM or database software (Jackrabbit Class experience is a plus)
- Experience coordinating events or educational programs
- Experience working with schools or children’s programs
- Interest in growing into a leadership role
