The Maintenance Renewal Representative will manage the full contract renewal cycle to drive revenue growth and ensure high customer retention. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize CRM tools to meet sales quotas and provide value-driven solutions to assigned accounts.
Your Role at a Glance
The Maintenance Renewal Representative will drive revenue growth, expand subscription sales, and boost Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) while enhancing customer retention. This key role positions Mastercam as a premier solution provider by delivering exceptional customer service and executing strategic sales initiatives.
The Maintenance Renewal Representative will focus on managing the renewal process from prospecting to close, ensuring effective use of CRM tools, and contributing to a culture of high performance and innovation. This position collaborates closely with internal teams to align local efforts with overall business strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to exceed sales goals.
