The Role:


Veeva Link envisions building connected data applications to improve research and patient outcomes. Link SiteBase is a product that Improves site identification with accurate real-time clinical trial site & investigator data.

 

As a site profiling lead, you lead and develop a remote team of data curators who conduct rule-based web research on clinical trial sites while following compliance and quality standards. You design and continually improve the curation process and technology solutions with autonomy.

 

The ideal candidate for this role has a strong interest in people management, a process-oriented mindset, and an excellent work ethic. You should also enjoy solving complex problems while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and can escalate risks when applicable.

The candidate must reside in one of the following countries: Hungary Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, North Macedonia

What You'll Do
  • Hire and lead a remote team of 30+ data curators
  • Design, refine, and optimize web research processes
  • Plan, control, and execute data production
  • Define and report KPIs with root causes and actions
  • Support cross-team technology innovation and implementation
  • Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously
  • Develop a positive team culture that is detail-oriented, highly motivated, and fun


Requirements
  • University degree in a business-related field (e.g.,  business studies, international management, industrial engineering, information systems)
  • 3+ years of working experience in a dynamic environment
  • Experience being on cross-functional project teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with optimizing business processes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Fluent in English


Nice to Have
  • Master´s degree or above in a field related to business, engineering, or life science
  • Remote team management experience
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma
