The role

As our product suite continues to grow and diversify, we're expanding our Legal team to keep pace - and we're looking for a Lawyer to partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Procurement on day-to-day legal matters.

You'll review and support commercial and procurement work, with real room to impact how Legal operates: improving processes and helping bring AI and automation tools into the function. It's a chance to grow beyond reactive contract review into building the playbooks, templates, and workflows that let the business move faster.

You'll work closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Procurement, helping each team move matters forward efficiently while keeping the right legal safeguards in place. You'll report directly to the Head of Legal.

What you will do

• Support all business units on day-to-day legal matters, with a primary focus on Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Procurement

• Handle standard and moderately complex legal inquiries from internal and external stakeholders

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements of medium complexity, including matters that require judgment beyond established playbooks

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and procurement agreements of medium complexity

• Develop and improve standard contract templates, playbooks, and self-service materials

• Act as a legal business partner to internal teams, providing practical and commercially oriented solutions

• Enable business teams to handle standard legal processes independently through clear guidance, templates, and scalable workflows

• Research and analyze legal requirements in various jurisdictions and translate them into practical recommendations

• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline recurring Legal processes and reduce manual Legal involvement

• Participate in the implementation, testing, and improvement of AI tools and AI agents for Legal workflows, including contract review, drafting, and knowledge management

• Support the development of scalable Legal processes that can accommodate business growth without proportionally increasing Legal workload

• Continuously look for ways to improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of Legal support

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in a lawyer role, ideally within an IT company

• Business-level English communication skills (B2 or above)

• Proven experience and deep understanding of Intellectual Property law

• Track record of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and vendor agreements, including matters that require judgment beyond a standard playbook

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills with clear result-orientation

• Open-minded, proactive attitude with a high level of flexibility, learning, and analytical skills

• Hands-on interest in applying AI and tech tools to legal workflows

Nice to have

• Prior legal experience at a Big 4 firm or pharmaceutical company
