Operate, maintain, and improve core IT platforms and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Mac and Windows devices, including provisioning, compliance, patching, and retirement. Apply security controls, support onboarding and offboarding, automate repetitive tasks, resolve escalated service desk issues, and contribute to platform projects.

Tide facts:
The IT team at Tide is a small, high-impact group of around 20 people, combining a responsive service desk with strong project-based engineering capability. The team operates in a cloud-native environment, with Google Workspace at the core, and supports a large, globally distributed workforce. The focus is on enabling the business through reliable, secure access to a wide range of SaaS platforms, while continuously improving how services are delivered as the organisation scales.
As a Workplace Technology Engineer, you’ll be a hands-on engineer looking after the platforms and devices Tideans use every day. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team to implement, operate, maintain and improve our core IT platforms by focusing on Configuration as a Code framework.
