Description
Day-to-day, you'll connect teams across multiple sites within the LATAM region, lead technical projects, and keep critical services running. You'll serve as the liaison between the IT, Operations, and Pedagogy teams, covering both day-to-day operations and project work, diagnosing and restoring production issues on demand, and traveling nationally to support these teams in person.
This position is fully remote, open to candidates located anywhere in Brazil. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Brazil.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience leading or managing technical support teams
5+ years of experience supporting Apple environments in large-scale business or education settings
5+ years of experience supporting infrastructure, including networks and servers/services
Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional technical projects
Experience managing vendor relationships
Experience with the UNIX command line, including scripting, packaging, and remote server management
Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Portuguese
Extensive domestic travel required, with occasional international travel (primarily to the U.S.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience producing timely, easy-to-understand reports that translate complex analytical findings for non-technical internal and external teams
Experience aligning technical work with fundamental business objectives
Experience delivering detailed, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Experience working independently without direct supervision
Experience navigating competing priorities across multiple teams and stakeholders
Certification in Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Certification in UNIX/Linux, networking, or audio-visual technologies
Project management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP)
