About the Job:

  • Prepare legal documents and draft correspondence.
  • Perform legal research and collect and summarize relevant case information.
  • Cite-check, proofread, and Bluebook legal documents.
  • Coordinate legal projects and provide general substantive case support as needed.
  • Prepare for and attend depositions and trials.

About You:

  • Experienced. You have five (5) or more years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm. A bachelor's degree is preferred. IP litigation experience is required.
  • Communicative. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player. You are friendly and enjoy working closely with others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail Oriented. You are incredibly organized and produce quality work.
