Inside Sales Representative - SaaS

With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative – to join our team in the ASIA region based in The Philippines. The role will be responsible for working across all countries covered by the region including ANZ, ASEAN, China JP/KR and India. This is a remote full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified leads within the food safety and related software across the ASIA region (ANZ, ASEAN, China, India). Assist with onboarding new clients and collaborate with key country stakeholders to ensure onboarding of new clients.
• Conduct targeted campaigns remotely focusing on core products as defined in the marketing strategy and convert leads and opportunities in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and articulate value propositions clearly. Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet regulatory and operational needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead targeting and messaging based on industry trends and customer feedback
• Actively capture customer input, product suggestions, and feedback and relate to marketing team.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and activity targets.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM systems.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, compliance changes in the food safety industry including audit protocols and competitor activity.
• Prepare customer-facing sales materials and presentations as needed in conjunction with the marketing team.
• Portray the company, brand, product and self in a professional manner.
• Handles various other duties as delegated by the Manager as part of the marketing team.
• Takes on the responsibility to grow and expand the role and its potential in the region.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Food Science, Environmental Health or related field preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within food safety and compliance.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks around food safety and production, audit preparation, and compliance standards required.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales and other targets.
• Proficient in CRM systems, email outreach tools, and virtual presentation software (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
• Experience working with HACCP, is a plus
