With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team remotely in Canada, preferably residing in Ontario, Quebec, or Toronto area. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Support Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to maintain and strengthen general account portfolios.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide comprehensive post-sales support and address client concerns proactively.
  • Conduct regular phone outreach to clients to promote Hygiena products and solutions.
  • Target and engage inactive or declining accounts to recover lost sales velocity.
  • Partner with TSMs and use Sales Operations data to identify account health risks.
  • Implement retention strategies to reduce customer churn across the territory. Management.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads through cold calling, email, and social media.
  • Manage and execute inbound inquiry routing based on established assignment rules.
  • Accelerate the sales cycle by identifying, cleaning, and inputting new contact data into the CRM.
  • Generating sales reports, analyzing performance metrics, and providing regular updates to management on sales activities, forecasts, and results.
  • Cold call (proactively reaching out to leads via phone, email, and other communication channels) for lead identification, lead qualification and potentially create opportunities for the salesperson.
  • Initiating contact with prospects to introduce products or services, assess their needs, and educate them about how the offerings can solve their problems or fulfill their requirements.
  • Develop formal sales plans and strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share and profitability of the territory.
  • Managing and updating sales pipelines, tracking interactions with leads and prospects, and following up on opportunities to move them through the sales process.
  • Governance and protection of data quality.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or a related field preferred. 
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment (preference: 2 years' experience).  
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively. 
  • Preferred to speak fluent in French but not required.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 
  • Adaptability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow in the sales profession.
