🕒 FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Analyzes user requirements and designs solutions to improve system functionality. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and test software applications, troubleshoots issues to maintain optimal performance, and documents processes for user reference. Supports end-users through inquiry resolution, monitors application performance, and recommends efficiency improvements. Coordinates with vendors for software updates and assists in the development and execution of deployment plans.

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field preferred.

Experience

3+ years of experience analyzing, implementing, and supporting IT applications.
Experience coordinating with software vendors for application updates, enhancements, and deployments.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Epic certification or other applicable technical certification may be required for this position.

Other Qualifications

Expertise in software testing, troubleshooting, and application performance monitoring.
Strong end-user training, technical support, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of application security, regulatory compliance, and change management requirements.
