About the Role

We’re looking for someone to join DOZR as an Inside Sales Representative.

DOZR is an online marketplace that helps contractors and DIY'ers rent the construction equipment they need, where and when they need it. In this role you'll handle our inbound sales calls to help new and existing customers to find the right equipment and place their order.

This is a Remote role in Canada.

What You'll Do

  • Receive dozens of inbound calls per day from new and existing customers across North America

  • Partner with customers to help them select the right equipment for their job, and then help them set up their account and place their rental order

  • Coordinate order scheduling, order quoting, payment processing, and invoice set-up

  • Follow up with customers we've quoted to help close the deal

Logistics/Next Steps

  • Process: everyone will hear back within 3 days of applying. Our process involves calls with 2-3 members of our team.

  • Work Setup: we operate Remote-first in Canada.

  • Working Hours: there is some scheduling flexibility (depending on if you prefer an earlier or later workday), but for the most part your day will start between 8:00am-10:00am and finish between 5:00pm-7:00pm.
