You will serve as the primary point of contact for luxury fashion marketplace customers, handling inquiries via email and chat regarding orders, returns, and shipping. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records, navigate internal systems to resolve issues, and collaborate with a global team to ensure high-quality service.

The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound sales calls to assist new and existing customers in finding the right construction equipment and placing their orders. Responsibilities include coordinating order scheduling, quoting, payment processing, and following up to close deals.
