This is all because we were taught as kids to ignore our emotions and suppress what we are experiencing. This has led to a rise in psychological disorders, autoimmune disease, and conflict within our homes.

The problem is that many people are starting to recognize the danger of this cycle and want to change it but they don't know how. Therefore, they repeat the similar cycles taught to them by their parents. Therapy is helping process previous traumas but they need tools to get through the day.

What if that was different?

Instead of suppressing our emotions that are wrecking havoc on our bodies, what if we could process what we were experiencing quickly using simple tools? What if we could free up space in our minds so we could have more focus and clarity? What if we could connect deeply in our relationships with the ability to communicate without fighting or disconnecting? What if we could thrive at work because we are getting better sleep and feel confident in our bodies?

We're on a mission to make it nearly impossible for our clients to live weighed down by the emotions creating mental and physical turmoil.

Specifically, we have created a new program called the Overwhelm Overhaul to help entrepreneurs and business leaders reduce overwhelm by 50%. This will allow them to reach their goals while feeling confident at work and at home. We achieve this goal by teaching our clients our tools to process emotion through a 12-week coaching program.

Our mission is impossible without you. As we build interest in the community, our calendar has gotten crowded with calls from clients desperate to have access to these tools.

This role is our priority for our company right now!

That is because every Overwhelm Overhaul client starts their relationship with Connection Codes through a personalized 1:1 enrollment call and sales process. In the last month, my calendar was booked weeks in advance with calls because I couldn't get to them fast enough.

Clearly, we need to add a World-Class Sales Advisor to our team - yesterday! Without you, we cannot get our system into the hands of more business owners fast enough!

What does Connection Codes Overwhelm Overhaul do and why?

Overwhelm Overhaul provides the tools and training to help business owners decrease their overwhelm by 50%. When our brains are flooded with emotion, we become dumber versions of ourselves (that is scientifically proven). Business owners don't have time to slow down or it will stall their business. We use a full-life approach to tackle each area they experience this emotional flood. It is like I am watching their brain take a deep breath.

We provide each client with the training they need to understand the science of what they are experiencing. This is done in both one on one and through training videos. This is when they get the manual for emotional processing. We then take them into group coaching where they practice these tools with other like-minded leaders experiencing similar struggles.

The result is that they get so good at processing their emotions that they will be able to do it in the moment- it will no longer disrupt their day or their flow.

We believe that emotions are the core of what makes us tick as humans (and we have the research to back up that belief ). We show up better in our lives and the lives of our families when we are emotionally regulated.

Example: Elijah.

Elijah came to us drowning in life. He is a dad, community leader, and fitness coach. But, his internal pain was creating division in his marriage, with his kids, and within himself.

As he began to understand the role of emotions in his life and what to do with them when they hit, he became equipped to stay regulated when difficult moments happened during the day moments that previously turned him upside down.

In this role, you will learn:

1. How to effectively qualify leads to determine if our program is the best fit for them - or not.

2. How to run a strategy session and teach the proven tools that every client uses.

3. How to present our program as the solution for their needs and goals.

4. How to consistently close deals on the first and second call.

Who will you work with?

You will work directly with Tera, the CEO. Her own life was transformed by the Connection Codes and she is here to guide you through sharing the impact of these tools with others. She will walk you through our process so you are equipped to thrive.

Where will you work?

Anywhere you want. Most of our team is based in Nashville, Tn but we are a remote company.

That means you have the flexibility to work from home, or a co-working location, or to take the family to Italy for the summer and work from your terrace overlooking Siena.

You will own 2 primary metrics as a Sales Representative:

1. Book to Close rate

2. The # of closed clients / $ revenue generated

Those 2 primary metrics will be supported by a number of strategic activities:

1. Effective Pre-Call Communication to increase the number of leads that attend the call prepared to talk about the program
2. Making Offers to qualified leads
3. Managing the sales process to close leads quickly and efficiently

Support and Coaching:

• Each week, you'll meet with Tera and have the opportunity to be coached, learn new tactics, and collaborate.
• Flexible schedule. You set the hours you are available for calls. They can be updated each week to match your life.

Growth Income Opportunity:

• All of our leads are inbound, pre-booked, and highly nurtured.
• Uncapped commissions with rate accelerators based on total volume.
• This is a part-time position with the opportunity to become full time

Requirements

• You have 2+ years success as a sales representative. I.e. 2+ years direct sales experience ideally door to door; phone sales; solar sales; credit card processing sales; online training program sales, SaaS sales, etc.
• You genuinely love listening and uncovering marketing & sales pain points,
• You love applying a proven strategy and creating an open dialogue with the client about whether they see the value
• You LOVE making offers, closing deals, and know how to navigate the "I need to think about it"
• You are hungry to earn uncapped commissions
• You take ownership for your results
• You know how to run a clean sales process and are good at managing pipelines and opportunities
• You are an extremely hard worker who doesn't "show up" and "hope someone signs up" but comes early, stays late, and does whatever it takes to close deals
• You love transactional selling and don't feel the need to be "friends" with prospects. You know how to close a deal and don't live in a never-ending cycle of "follow up"
• You are a proven sales closer ideally with 1-call close or 2-call-close phone experience

• Ideally, you understand the digital marketing domain and strategies.

• Ideally, you live in one of the 4 North American time zones
• You are available 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday for work
