Looking for an experienced Technical Sales Closer to join our sales team. The Technical Closer will demonstrate the features, benefits, and functionality of our LOCRM and how it will best benefit Loan Officers' business needs. Technical Sales Closer will also be responsible for communicating with prospective and current customers and identifying upselling opportunities for mortgage professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and can demonstrate knowledge of the sales process, including prospect qualification, consultative solution selling, pipeline management, follow-up, and strong closing skills. Responsibilities: • Conduct qualifications to understand the needs and goals of prospective CRM customers • Present and sell LOCRM and company coaching programs through consultative selling to new and existing customers • Conduct strategy calls and website demos via Zoom • Meet weekly with Sales Director to review pipeline opportunities, sales activities, and performance against the quota • Update and manage pipeline in CRM and track performance goals and key sales metrics • Organize and conduct regular follow-up activities to move prospects through the pipeline to close • Work closely with new customers and the customer success team to promote client retention Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in Technical, software, or CRM sales required • Experience selling or supporting Go High Level is a plus • Strong follow-up and closing skills • Knowledge of the Mortgage Industry preferred • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • Ability to build rapport quickly with clients • Demonstrated knowledge of the sales process and pipeline management • Strong time management and organization • Interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal Compensation: $50,000 base + commission
