The Opportunity  

Join our Customer Experience function and help power exceptional customer experiences through trusted, high-quality customer data. You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Customer Data Master (CDM) platform, ensuring that customer information is accurate, consistent, and accessible across the business.

Working with the Informatica Intelligent Data Cloud, including Customer 360, Business 360, Data Quality, and Administrator applications, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimisation of the platform that underpins customer-centric processes and decision-making. Your work will directly support our ability to better understand, serve, and engage our customers across multiple markets and channels.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your expertise in data management, data quality, and cloud technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Customer Experience, IT, and the wider business.

What You Will Be Doing 

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the global Customer Data Master (CDM) platform within Informatica Customer 360 (C360).
• Design, build, and optimise customer data models, including entities, attributes, hierarchies, mappings, and data structures.
• Design and support integrations, APIs, and data flows between C360 and enterprise platforms including SAP, Snowflake, Adobe, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Treasure Data.
• Drive data quality capabilities, including data enrichment, matching, merging, survivorship, testing, and validation.
• Design and implement workflows, automation, and platform enhancements to support evolving business requirements.
• Support platform administration, including user provisioning, security roles, SSO configuration, secure connectivity, and reference data management.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solutions, conduct reviews, and demonstrate platform capabilities.
• Act as the subject matter expert for customer master data, promoting best practices in data management, governance, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements, including GDPR, while maintaining comprehensive technical and process documentation.
• Continuously improve customer data management processes to enhance data quality, usability, and business value.

What You’ll Bring

• Hands-on experience working with Informatica Customer Data Management (CDM), ideally within a SaaS environment, including Customer 360, Business 360, Reference 360, Data Quality, and Administration applications.
• Proven experience designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Informatica Customer 360 (C360) solutions.
• Strong expertise in building and supporting CDI integrations, APIs, and data flows, with solid SQL skills.
• A good understanding of master data management, customer data, data quality, and data governance principles.
• Experience working across the full delivery lifecycle, from solution design and configuration through testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver effectively in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with data privacy and security requirements, including GDPR and other relevant regulations.
• Experience using project delivery and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
