Our client in the sports coaching space is seeking a talented Inbound Sales Representative to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct calls and follow-ups to leads generated from inquiries
  • Utilize the Sales Talk Track Guide to actively listen, build rapport, and create a buying atmosphere that aligns with the client's needs and preferences
  • Collaborate cross departmentally to match clients with the best-suited coach based on the discovery phase outcomes
  • Address any concerns or objections with grace and professionalism
  • Demonstrate strong creative thinking skills and innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Perform courtesy follow-up calls after the first lesson to gather feedback, encourage package upgrades, and manage referrals
  • Collaborate effectively within small teams and work independently when required.
  • Exhibit high emotional intelligence and a willingness to be coached.
  • Maintain a competitive drive with a positive, curious, and kind disposition.
  • Proactively prevent churn and customer attrition
  • Provide end to end customer care to ensure long term customer success

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, customer success, or another related field
  • Advanced level of English is a must
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships to enhance customer experience and loyalty
  • Strong understanding of customer retention and engagement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

Salary Range: $3000-$3500 USD

Working Hours: US Time Zones

Schedule: Flexible for a five-day work schedule, ensuring availability for at least one weekend day

Payment Frequency: Monthly

Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
