HR Generalist

Test.Act as a single point of contact for designated employees and / or business unit(s)

Proactively support the delivery of HR processes and manage assigned HR projects

Be a preliminary point of contact for managers for employee relations issues; involve the Director of HR at the appropriate time.

New hire onboarding for designated groups

Assist with the administration of company benefits including, but not limited to enrollment, termination and education for designated groups

Support and partner with the Payroll Manager as needed.

General maintenance / use within Workday (HRIS) & Paylocity

Provide necessary training to employees and managers, as required.

Build strong business relationships with internal clients

Ensure compliance with necessary legislative practices and actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes as necessary

General HR support and assist with HR Projects, as assigned

Manage OSHA log & workplace safety to include workers comp claims

Salary Range (Ontario & BC Only):

The estimated base salary range for this role is CAD$144,031.68 - CAD$176,038.72 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations.
