The DCX Client Services - Home Based Virtual Admin Assistant will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.  

This role will start as a 3-month contingent contract, with the possibility of being partnered with our clients in the United States. If selected by the client, the employee will then undergo a 6-month probationary period leading to a potential full-time position.

This opportunity will allow you to grow your career and gain deeper insights into the industry.

Ideal Candidates will be: 

  • Highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English 

  • Have a passion for customer service 

  • Execute tasks and listen to guidance    

  • Extremely detail-oriented 

  • Is very intuitive with computers and learning various software
     

Role Details 

  • Industry: Healthcare 

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA) 

  • Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient 

  • Salary Range: 30,000-35,000 
     

Job Responsibilities 

  • Answer emails and phone calls from customers. 

  • Schedule meetings with clients. 

  • Manage travel plans for employees. 

  • Issue invoices to clients. 

  • Make cold calls to generate leads from a provided spreadsheet. 

  • Create content to post on the company’s social media channels. 

  • Conduct online research to find address and contact details for a given list of companies. 

  • Prepare presentations according to instructions given. 

  • Ad hoc duties as assigned 
     

Additional Job Requirements 

  • Education: College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field. 

  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or other relevant administrative support experience. 

  • Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills. 
     

Software that will be used 

  • Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) 

  • Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail etc.)
