About Otsuka Precision Health (OPH)
Part of Otsuka Holdings and founded on Otsuka’s rich history in delivering breakthrough innovations to solve complex problems for patients, Otsuka Precision Health is a US-based digital health company serving individuals with unmet needs in mental health.
Position Overview
The Digital Health Engagement Partner (DHEP) is a pivotal commercial role at Otsuka Precision Health (OPH), responsible for driving the adoption and sales of Rejoyn, a prescription digital therapeutic (PDT) for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). This role is focused on engaging health systems, integrated delivery networks, and affiliated healthcare providers to position Rejoyn as a scalable, technology-enabled solution that enhances patient outcomes and complements standard of care.
Operating at the intersection of healthcare and digital innovation, the DHEP will execute strategic account plans across complex provider organizations, leveraging a deep understanding of clinical workflows, digital integration, and value-based care. The role requires consultative engagement with institutional stakeholders and HCPs to articulate the clinical, operational, and economic value of Rejoyn, while driving formulary consideration, adoption, and prescribing behavior.
In addition to generating new demand, the DHEP will partner with OPH colleagues and with customers to support pull-through by ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, and sustained utilization across care settings. Success in this role requires a highly motivated, tech-savvy sales professional who thrives in an emerging category, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and can translate innovative digital health solutions into tangible value for providers and patients.
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in healthcare or digital health sales, experience calling on health systems or organized customers, and a passion for advancing novel, software-based therapeutics that are reshaping the future of mental health care.
